so that you will be warm during 'deep relaxation' and after

A: Yoga mats and
cushions are available but it is advisable that you bring your own
mat for extra comfort. You may also bring your own cushion for
sitting. We have Yoga mats for sale at the centre.
Q: Can I eat before a
class?
A: It is
recommended that you do not eat at least 2 hours prior to class.
Also, avoid drinking for at least 1/2 hour before class
